§ Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gc99 platform, available at gc99.vu, including all associated services, games, promotions and features offered by gc99 ("the Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and gc99. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

gc99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.

1 Eligibility

To register and use gc99 you must satisfy all of the following requirements at registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gc99 strictly prohibits access by any person under 21.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You must not be self-excluded from gc99 or any other gambling platform under a current self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not be an employee, director, consultant or immediate family member of a gc99 employee with access to non-public operational information.

gc99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to violate eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

2 Account Registration

Each eligible person may hold only one registered account on gc99. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and solely control, used as your login identifier and for OTP verification.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are aged 21 or older at the time of registration.
• A password meeting the minimum security requirements set by gc99 at registration.
• Any additional information requested by gc99 during the KYC verification process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. gc99 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep login details secure.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gc99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported for players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — deposits are credited to your gc99 account within seconds of a confirmed bKash transfer.
• Nagad — digital financial service available across Bangladesh; deposits and withdrawals follow the same processing timeline as bKash.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, available for deposits and withdrawals across all eight divisions of Bangladesh.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by gc99 and displayed at the time of transaction. These minimums may be updated from time to time without advance notice.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to successful identity verification. gc99 may request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

gc99 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh and the BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus offer is governed by its own specific terms published at the time the offer is presented. In the event of a conflict, specific bonus terms shall prevail over these general Terms.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms for each offer.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Players who previously held a gc99 account are not eligible for new member bonuses on any subsequent account.
• gc99 reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where abuse of promotional terms is suspected.
• Bonus funds must be used within any applicable expiry period stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.

5 Gameplay Rules

All games on gc99 are sourced from independent, audited providers. Game rules, mechanics and RTP rates are determined by each provider and are accessible from the in-game information panel. gc99 does not alter game outcomes or RTP rates. The following conditions apply across all Platform products:

• Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are final. gc99 is not responsible for player errors in selecting bet amounts, markets or game options prior to confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session, gc99 will investigate and may void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the player's account at its discretion.
• All sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other events listed on the Platform — are governed by the specific settlement rules published for each market. gc99 may suspend or void markets in the event of irregular activity, event cancellation or force majeure.
• Winnings are paid only to the verified account holder. gc99 will not transfer winnings to any third party, including family members or agents.

gc99 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed in violation of these Terms, through technical error, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, collusion or fraud. Any winnings from a voided bet will not be paid, and the matter will be investigated.

6 Responsible Gaming

gc99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. The following tools are available free of charge from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on your BDT deposits to help manage your spending.
• Session time alerts — receive a notification after playing for a set duration to help you keep track of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-off period — take a temporary break from gc99 for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During this period you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-exclusion — request a permanent or long-term exclusion from gc99 (minimum 6 months). Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen period. Contact the gc99 support team to initiate this.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gc99. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated funds or winnings may be forfeited:

• Creating more than one account, or registering under a false name, false date of birth, or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or AI tool to access, interact with, or gain an advantage on the Platform without gc99's written consent.
• Colluding with other players, match officials or any third party to fix the outcome of any sporting event or casino game listed on the Platform.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained or unauthorised payment methods to fund your gc99 account. Deposits made via fraudulent methods will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities or undisclosed promotions in a manner not intended by gc99, including bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or exploit farming.

gc99 uses automated and manual fraud detection. Where prohibited conduct is identified, gc99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals, void bets, close accounts and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities. gc99's determination of prohibited conduct is final.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

gc99 may suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested by gc99. Accounts with incomplete KYC may have withdrawals restricted until verification is completed.
• A court order, regulatory direction, law enforcement request or other legal obligation requiring gc99 to restrict or close the account.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances held at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real money balances may be returned at gc99's discretion following investigation, provided the funds are not associated with fraudulent activity.

9 Privacy and Data

gc99 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at gc99.vu/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

gc99 uses SSL encryption on all connections between the player's device and the Platform. gc99 does not store payment card details on its servers. Mobile financial service credentials such as bKash PIN, Nagad PIN and Rocket PIN are never entered on the gc99 Platform and are processed entirely within each provider's own systems.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gc99 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from the player's own error, misuse of the Platform, or failure to follow applicable game or promotion rules prior to confirmation.
• Interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any game or feature, whether due to technical maintenance, provider outage or events beyond gc99's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages arising from or in connection with your use of gc99, even if gc99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11 Amendments to These Terms

gc99 may amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — gc99 will endeavour to provide notice via the Platform or to your registered mobile number at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Minor amendments such as corrections, clarifications or formatting updates may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting gc99 support.
